Copper AI for Publishers is a WordPress plugin that drafts the recurring stories local newsrooms run every day — starting with daily booking reports, with obituaries, high school sports scores, and community meeting transcription on the planned roadmap.

The product was born out of a simple observation: small editorial teams lose 30 to 60 minutes a day to a handful of routine write-ups that follow the same structure week after week. That is time that could go into the reporting only your newsroom can do.

Copper AI does not publish anything on its own. Every draft lands in your WordPress editor, with citations to the source document, ready for a reporter's review and your publish button. You stay in control of voice, judgment, and what runs.

We are model-agnostic by design. You never manage an API key, never pick a model, never configure infrastructure. You configure the editorial rules; we handle the rest.

Who builds it

Copper AI is a CopperPress LLC product. The company is currently in private beta with a small group of local publishers; general availability opens once the first pilots ship. Until then, the waitlist is the front door.
